Shipping Policy:
In order to assist with a smooth return process buyers must obtain a Merchandise Return number (MR) by emailing support@stacklyf.com. Our return address is detailed on your original invoice. Failure to obtain an MR does not affect your legal consumer rights.
The Buyer must take reasonable care of all goods in their possession and return them to us in the original packaging with all included parts. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, the packaged goods must not have been used or additionally damaged.
Orders cancelled at any point after a shipping label has been generated by seller will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus any associated shipping charges for packages sent to buyer and back to seller.
Privacy Policy:
We respect the rights of all our customers and honor their loyalty to us. In return we will not share any information we obtain. However, we remain the right to use this information to promote our products and sales through emails, which at any point in time can be stopped by unsubscribing.
Return Policy:
All returns are subjective to suppliers depending on the circumstance for return, you must email or DM us with the item number and issue with said product, within 48 hours upon arrival. If any products are used no refund will be available, as in once glass is contaminated the return policy of any kind becomes void. Damaged Products must be reported upon arrival with pictures and information describing the malfunction or flaw with said product. It is up to the customer to contact us at support@stacklyf.com and give forth all required information to ensure the best possible service. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
